Gong means - Practice or cultivation over the course of a lifetime.
There are hundreds of forms of qigong including practices such as tai chi, yoga, and many different meditation forms.

The form that I have practiced for more than 20 years and teach is called Pangu Shengong, which means - Divine spirit energy cultivation. This meditation practice helps cultivate energy that balances and heals the body, mind, and heart-and-soul.

How does Pangu Shengong work?

The Moving Form is the basis of Pangu Shengong and takes about 20 minutes to complete. This exercise cultivates qi (life force) through simple movements that draw in the energy of the sun and moon, and is designed to promote good health, vitality, balance the immune system and create a sense of well being through strengthening of Life Force.

The Non-moving Form is a more advanced form of Pangu Shengong where no physical movement is required. This form is designed to strengthen the nervous system, the Spirit, increase mental capacity and cultivate intuitive abilities. This form is also a wonderful help for insomnia and may be practiced standing, sitting or lying down.

INDIVIDUAL MOVING FORM INSTRUCTION - $180

This easy to learn healing mediation is the basis of Pangu Shengong and takes 20 minutes to complete. This exercise cultivates qi (life force), and is designed to promote good health, vitality, balance and a sense of well being through strengthening of Life Force.

Karen will explain the philosophy behind the moving form and bring you through a step by step practice so that you will feel confident practicing on your own by the end of the class.

This also includes a 10 minute energy treatment that harmonizes the nervous system so you gain the most benefit from the practice as you continue to cultivate life force energy.
